UES is a Japan based apparel designer and manufacturer specializing in slow-made, high-quality garments that transcend fashion trends.  The Japanese word "UES" derives from the English word "waste," and is meant to pay respect to Japanese peoples' practice of re-working old clothing and fabrics into new usable pieces.  The ethos behind UES is based in using every garment as opposed to disposing of or neglecting them.  Snake Oil Provisions is proud to be one of only a couple North American stockists, offering an assortment of heavy weight flannel shirts and accessories.
